Terms of Service for users

The Terms of Service (“Terms”)  contained in this document are binding legal agreement between you (user) and Airhubs that govern your use of our websites, applications, and other services from Airhubs platforms. The use of these Terms, “Airhubs,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to the Airhubs platforms with whom you are contracting.

The Airhubs Platforms are online services that allow users (“Members”) to book for rental homes or rent the homes. The users who rent their homes are called “Hosts” and users who search for, book, or use services are “Guests.” The hosts offer accommodations (“Accommodations”), activities, excursions, and events (“Experiences”), and a variety of travel and other services (“Host Services,” and each Host Service offering, a “Listing”). In order to user the airhubs services, you must first register an account to access and use many features of the Airhubs platform and must keep your account information accurate. It is important to know that Airhubs does not own, control, offer or manage any Listings or Host Services. Airhubs is not a party to the contracts concluded directly between Hosts and Guests, nor is Airhubs a real estate broker or insurer. Airhubs is not acting as an agent in any capacity for any user, except as specified in the Payments Terms of Service (“Payment Terms”). Airhubs maintains other terms and policies that supplement these Terms like our Privacy Policy, which describes our collection and use of personal data, and our Payments Terms, which govern any payment services provided to Members by the Airhubs payment entities ("Airhubs Payments").

If you are Host, you are responsible for understanding and complying with all laws, rules, regulations and contracts with third parties that apply to your Host Services.
